Privacy information
This page explains how Distributed Inference handles information submitted through the pilot enquiry form.
Information submitted through the pilot form
We collect the name, work email, organisation, role, industry and other information you choose to provide. We use it to assess the potential fit for a pilot and to respond to your enquiry.
Please do not submit patient information, client material, classified information, credentials or any other confidential source data.
Why we process it
We process enquiry information because you have asked us to consider and respond to a potential business relationship, and because we have a legitimate interest in evaluating suitable pilot organisations.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in a private Microsoft Azure storage account configured in the UK South region. The website’s managed API may process the submission through Azure services in West Europe before it is stored.
Each enquiry is marked for review after 12 months and will be deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose described above. Access is limited to people responsible for evaluating and responding to pilot enquiries.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to correct or delete an enquiry, or ask how it has been used. Use the pilot form and write “privacy request” at the start of the additional-notes field so we can identify and respond to the request.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It does not use third-party tracking scripts.
Images and generated content
The team collaboration image is an editorial illustration generated for this website. It does not depict the actual Distributed Inference team.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if our enquiry handling, providers or purposes change.
